This webinar training is for anyone who is unfamiliar with the TennCare renewal process called, Redetermination, but wants to know more. During this 1-hour webinar, attendees will learn how the redetermination process works in 2023. We will focus on the key deadlines and explain how the all-important 90-day reconsideration period gives enrollees a second chance to renew their coverage. Attendees will also learn how to refer enrollees to the TJC for help should they encounter people needing assistance renewing their coverage.
